No licensed professional services
Haar & Haar Consulting is not an architectural firm, engineering firm, general contractor, construction manager, permit expediter, code consultant, or licensed construction professional. Haar & Haar Consulting and its principals do not represent that they are licensed architects, professional engineers, general contractors, building officials, or code-compliance professionals.
Haar & Haar Consulting does not offer, advertise, or perform architectural services, engineering services, structural design, mechanical/electrical/plumbing design, life-safety review, code compliance review, permit expediting, construction administration, construction observation, construction supervision, or sealed/stamped drawings.
Nature of deliverables
All floor plans, AutoCAD drawings, cabinetry plans, millwork drawings, layouts, renderings, visuals, websites, CRM systems, branding, written notes, implementation notes, and other deliverables are provided as design support, drafting support, planning support, presentation material, business-system support, and coordination documents only.
Deliverables are not construction documents, permit documents, code-approved documents, engineering documents, architectural documents, shop drawings approved for fabrication, or instructions to build unless separately reviewed and approved in writing by the appropriate licensed professional, contractor, manufacturer, authority having jurisdiction, or qualified project professional.
Client and professional review required
Before permitting, bidding, fabrication, construction, installation, purchase, demolition, occupancy, or reliance, the client is responsible for obtaining review, approval, and, where required, sealed/stamped documents from the appropriate licensed architect, professional engineer, general contractor, specialty contractor, installer, manufacturer, building official, code consultant, or other qualified professional.
The client is responsible for verifying measurements, dimensions, existing conditions, structural conditions, utilities, building systems, applicable codes, zoning, HOA rules, product specifications, appliance specifications, manufacturer requirements, feasibility, constructability, and local permit requirements.
No guarantee of approval or outcome
Haar & Haar Consulting does not guarantee permit approval, code approval, engineering approval, architectural approval, contractor acceptance, manufacturer acceptance, pricing accuracy, project feasibility, construction outcome, installation outcome, website performance, search ranking, lead volume, revenue, or business result.
Use of Haar & Haar deliverables
Clients and third parties may not use Haar & Haar Consulting deliverables as sealed drawings, permit-ready plans, final construction documents, engineering documents, architectural documents, or fabrication instructions unless the documents have been independently reviewed and approved by the properly licensed or qualified professional responsible for that use.
By requesting, accepting, downloading, sharing, or using Haar & Haar Consulting deliverables, the client acknowledges these limitations and agrees to obtain all required professional, contractor, code, permit, and field verification before relying on the deliverables.
